Why we built this
Two people. Different journeys. The same belief that building a real business should not cost you £50k in mistakes and years of your life.
The offer was wrong. Everything else was noise.
I am Si.
Normal fella from the North of England. Qualified electrician. Played a bit of rugby. Ran a coffee shop. 10 years in property. Then I tried to turn what I knew into a coaching business.
First year? I made £300. I spent £15,000.
Brutal.
My best month at the time did £11,000. And I still lost money once the ads, the closers, and the team were paid.
Then the penny dropped.
It was never the funnel. Never the team. Never the ads. The offer was wrong.
